Why Mobile?
Mobile pet grooming offers a stress free environment for you and your pet. We are a cage free, one-on-one, full service mobile salon, with all the perks of a store front, right at your home or office. The average client takes between 1-2 hours. We love and take great pride in being able to meet all of our clients specific needs. We will always do our best to offer quality care, regardless of size, condition or age. We are also equipped to service disabled or handicapped pets. We promise a warm, relaxing spa experience to every pet that steps through our door.

What is mobile pet grooming?
Mobile grooming is a professional service, self-contained in a mobile unit that arrives at your home or office to take care of your pet's grooming needs. Mobile pet grooming is preferred by most of today's busy pet owners. The convenience for you and the exclusive attention for your pet makes it a much more desirable alternative to your average storefront salon.

What is our set up like?
Our mobile salon is a custom built, 2019 Ford Transit Conversion by the highly skilled Wag N Tails conversion company. This is a luxury pet salon on wheels. We are a full service salon, equipped to handle just about any size job. We bring quality care with style, right to your door!
We have a special step to assist dogs into the trailer, as well as a low hydraulic table that helps get larger pets into the tub. All pets are given a thorough wash in our stainless steel, XL sized bathtub with heated water. Pet's love our hydraulic grooming table, which offers a more comfortable grooming experience for our senior & large breed customers. We pride ourselves in using only top-of-the-line grooming products and tools. We strive to deliver the latest and greatest the grooming industry has to offer.

What can I expect when I book an appointment with Groovy Groomz?
You can expect nothing less than a 5 star experience from Groovy Groomz. Our mission is to provide the highest quality pet grooming, and a truly special experience for our clients- both human and pet. For this reason we do not offer any less thorough services than already listed.
We begin all our scheduling appointments by asking you detailed questions about your pets health, grooming history, and your grooming expectations. When we arrive for your first appointment we will have a very thorough consultation going over your pet from nose to tail. We will further discuss your grooming expectations, and go over any additional requests or concerns you may have.

Why does mobile grooming cost more?
Mobile grooming offers so many advantages to you and your pup, but it does cost a bit more than getting your dog groomed in a traditional grooming salon. Since mobile grooming offers personalized, one-on-one service, we can only work on one dog at a time and service a limited number of dogs in one day. Mobile grooming is not a high-volume business, rather it is a premium service designed to reduce the stress of grooming on your dog and to be a convenience and time-saver for you.

Can I be in the trailer with you while you groom my pet?
In our experience, this is usually not a good idea. You are your dog’s favorite person, so when you are present during grooming, your dog will be focused on you and not on sitting still or cooperating with the service. There may be some occasions where the dog’s owner will be called upon to help calm or hold the dog during certain parts of the service, but generally the grooming should be a one-on-one experience between the dog and the groomer.

What areas do we service?
We are based out of Norco, CA, and service parts of The Inland Empire and other local areas. These cities include Norco, Corona, Chino , Chino Hills, Riverside, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Mira Loma, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Temescal Valley, and Lake Elsinore.
If you are located outside of these areas, travel fees start at $25 and can vary depending how far you are from us.

Do you need water or power to complete the service?
Our van is fully self-contained with plenty of fresh water, and a generator that powers the entire unit. A working water spigot that is within 100ft of the trailer is only required for jobs that have multiple pets, or are scheduled later in the day when our reserves may be low.
Keep in mind the generator will be running the duration of the service. If you need to inform neighbors or other residents in the home of this, please do so before our arrival so as to not cause any disturbances. Thankfully, Cummins generators are known to be on the quiet side compared to other brands, and we have not had any complaints.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
We are understanding that life happens, and are more than willing to reschedule in case of emergency. Deposits are non refundable, but are able to be transferred to rescheduled appointments. If last minute cancellations become a regular occurrence then you will be removed from the client list

What kind of products do you use?
We have a comprehensive range of professional grade, luxury shampoos and conditioners. These products are salon quality, safe, effective, and keep your pet looking and feeling great. We are always keeping an eye out for the best the industry has to offer, so our selection may vary throughout the year. A few of the brands we are proud to carry in our salon are Hyponic, Chris Christensen. Nature’s Specialties, Davis, Vetrolin, Crown Royale, and Hydra. If you have a preference or a prescription shampoo you would like us to use instead, we are happy to accommodate.

What forms of payment do we accept?
Cash is always preferred! However, we do accept electronic payments through Zelle, or Venmo.

Can I see inside the van?
Absolutely! We are very proud to show off our custom built mobile grooming van and will be happy to give you a tour when we arrive for your appointment. We just ask for privacy while we are grooming your pet. Please no knocking or tapping on the van unless absolutely necessary, this is for the safety of our groomers and your pets.

Do you service apartment complexes?
Yes we do! However, in our experience, servicing complexes can be tricky. We require a place to safely park the trailer for 1-2 hours, and it cannot be in fire lanes/red zones. We may need access to water later in the day, so we advise booking for the mornings to avoid this issue.
